The Kentucky Science and Engineering Foundation (KSEF) offers SBIR/STTR assistance to Kentucky-based R&D businesses in the development of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) proposals. This includes help at each of the three phases of SBIR/STTR. KSEF also partners with other organizations to sponsor events including: Phase I and Phase II SBIR/STTR workshops, clinics, conferences, training and networking opportunities. We help prepare Kentucky innovators, entrepreneurs, and technology-oriented small businesses (i.e. 500 or fewer people) and their Kentucky-based companies for success in the highly competitive SBIR/STTR grant programs.
