eMERGING VENTURES provides technical support and start-up assistance to entrepreneurs, scientists, and small business people perfecting and maturing their ideas and business concepts.

eMERGING VENTURES partners with agencies who share their resources to help build and grow the state and region’s business base.

Partners include Owensboro Small Business Development Center-Murray State University, Greater Owensboro Economic Development Corporation, Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce, Service Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE) and Community Ventures. They provide access to services such as financing, business plan development, management consulting, technology transfer as well as research and development.
