Tammy York Day is the President and CEO of CEOc, a non-profit organization formed to leverage the collective voice of the nation’s top healthcare companies. She leads 14 member CEOs in collaboration and engagement designed to address and provide national solutions to healthcare challenges, specifically in aging innovation to promote economic vibrancy in Greater Louisville. Previously, York Day served as Chief Operating Officer for Delta Dental, where she spent 20 years working in strategy, underwriting, operations, sales and marketing and philanthropy. York Day has received numerous leadership awards, including recognition from the Leadership Louisville Foundation’s “100 Wise Women” and earning the George W. Bush President’s Council Award for Volunteer Service.
