Raised in a healthcare-oriented family, my eyes were truly opened when my grandmother entered a senior care community. I volunteered for evening and night shifts, driven to improve caregivers' experience. I needed to know how we can help CNAs & nurses care for those we deeply love. I found they still used walkie-talkies and sensors giving 50% false alarms. This revelation fueled my commitment to create a better experience for caregivers while also making work more productive.
