Dr. Duval-Arnould founded ReadyWorks in 2018 after a 15-year healthcare career, witnessing colleagues prioritize paperwork over patient care. Formerly on the faculty of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, he authored 50+ academic manuscripts, directed research at the Johns Hopkins Medicine Simulation Center, and served as the Resuscitation Scientist at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
