Monique Kuykendoll Quarterman, MBA leads the Office for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Innovation at the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. KY Innovation is the state’s engine for innovative small business development and supports valued programs like the regional KY Innovation Hubs, startup investment programs, statewide commercialization initiatives and more.

Quarterman formerly served as Executive Director for Kentucky Commercialization Ventures (KCV), as co-investigator to the Kentucky Network for Innovation and Commercialization, and co-founder of the Kentucky Intellectual Property Alliance (KYIPA).
