Biography

Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia. Graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill spring 1998.

Entered the banking industry in 1998 and left in 2005 to pursue full time real estate investing.

In 2005 I co-developed with my brother Ross Treakle a cloud based contract creator for real estate investors.

In 2010 I assisted with the founding partners of Lordson Capital LLC. Lordson Capital purchased pools of mortgages. My involvement with Lordson Capital LLC ended in March 2014.

Currently I run operations for ONE DONATION INC. ONE DONATION is a platform that allows users to give to over 1.6 million non-profits on their smart-phone or through payroll deduction with their employer.

I love spending quality time with my family, soccer, any kind of race, and being involved with my church & community.
