The Sheltowee Business Network's Raising Equity Capital Workshop is a comprehensive workshop for entrepreneurs who want to raise equity capital for their business.  The workshop is led by experienced entrepreneurs and investors who will walk you through the realities of equity financing.  This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs who have a business that is ready for an infusion of capital and could provide a return for equity investors.  In this 3 day workshop the entrepreneurs will learn about the terminology associated with equity financing, and work on their offering.  The entrepreneurs will develop their equity offering, develop their pitch deck, work on the necessary disclosure documents and then pitch a group of investors at the end of the workshop.  The goal of the workshop is to have a package that an entrepreneur can present to potential investors that is optimized for success.
